I can honestly attest that Team Northland Construction lives by the credo.

When I decided I would be tearing down my very rustic cabin and spoke with others about it, all I heard about was individuals nightmarish stories of building.  I decided this was not going to happen to me. My daughter and I "interviewed" several contractors in the area and within moments of meeting and chatting over ideas with Jeremy, we each knew Northland Construction would be our company of choice.

Jeremy's initial understanding of my project was the deciding factor and here's why. After introductions and advising Jeremy that my daughter, who had just graduated with a degree in interior design, had a plan that we wanted to exchange ideas on, he jumped right in. Interacting with both of us as opposed to just speaking with me. This interaction continued with our project coordinator, Margie. Margie kept us up on the project daily with emails, phone call and pictures.

The interaction did not stop there. We met with Michelle for cabinet design and ideas. Wes for electrical and lighting needs. Randy and Matt for job site requests. Chuck for flooring ideas and Keith for plumbing thoughts. Not one individual hesitated to respond, answer questions or offer suggestions.
All in a professional and timely manner.

Jeremy stated that of all the cabins he had torn down, mine lived it's life the longest but what I know is the place Northland Construction built for me will surpass it's predecessor by many many years.
